Can I attach a child seat in the motorhomes and camper vans?
- You can easily attach child seats using the integrated three-point belts.
- Unfortunately, we are currently unable to rent out child seats. We’re working on that.

What license do I need to rent a motorhome or camper van from you?
All of our vehicles have a total weight of up to 3500 kg, so you can rent our vehicles without any problems if you have at least a class B or 3 license.

Is there a minimum age if I want to rent your vehicles?
Even as a driver under the age of 23 you can rent and drive one of our vehicles as long as you have a valid class B or 3 driver's license. However, as a young driver you have to book our Comfort insurance package.

Can I have a look at the vehicles before renting?
Of course, you can have a look at the vehicles during our opening times. Call ahead to make sure the vehicle you want is there.

Can I take my pet with me?
Sure, you can take your pet with you. However, we have to charge you a flat rate of € 75 to clean the vehicle properly afterwards.

Do I have to respect a certain minimum rental period?
You are welcome to simply book our vehicles over the weekend. But please understand that we have a minimum rental period of 7 days during peak seasons.

Can I pick up and return vehicles from you on Sundays or on public holidays?
After prior arrangement, you can also pick up or return a vehicle on a Sunday or on a public holiday.

Which countries can I travel to?
Journeys within Europe are generally allowed. For some Eastern European countries, however, you need our approval before travelling there. These are countries such as: Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine and Russia.

How can I pay?
On our website we offer you the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), by Pay Pal or by direct debit mandate. You can also pay in cash when you pick up the vehicle.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
If you cancel up to 51 days before the first day of rental as defined in the contract, we must charge you a cancellation fee of 15% of the rental price. If you cancel up to 15 days before the first day of rental we charge you 50%, less than 14 days before the first day of rental 80% and if you cancel on the day of the agreed rental start, 95% of the rental price will be charged.

Can I take my bike with me?
Of course, you can take your bike with you. Our Malibu T440 already has a bike rack installed in the rear garage. For our other models, please do not forget to book the optionally available bike rack.

How is the motorhome or the camper van insured during the rental?
The vehicles have comprehensive coverage for the entire rental period.

Can I also book camping equipment directly with the camper?
In our shop there is a lot of additional equipment available.

Can I also rent a motorhome or a camper van with a tow-bar?
- We are not yet providing this option.
- If you want to take your bike along, you can optionally book a bike rack for the camper vans.
- Our Malibu T440QB has a large rear garage with a mounting system for your bike. You can even store a scooter there without a problem.

Can I park my private vehicle at the rental station?
When renting one of our camper vans or motorhomes, you are welcome to park your private car with us. However, please understand that we cannot provide you with insurance cover for your vehicle for this time.

What mileage is included in the rental price?
All of our vehicles have no mileage limit, so you can drive as far as you want.
